Centre for Policy Development will present research on Commonwealth and Victorian government funding programs in the areas of food systems, biodiversity and sustainable agriculture, followed by discussion on the implications for funding. This work has been undertaken through a partnership with the AEGN to inform members about government policy and funding in this area and will play an important role in informing strategic and impactful funding.
The Funder Forum will be followed by the AEGN Annual General Meeting.
In conversation with Nicole Richards at the Philanthropy Meets Parliament Summit, Daniel Lee shared his insights on topics including the role of philanthropy as a driver of systems change which addresses root causes of social challenges, the relationship between philanthropy and government and what the new political environment in the United States means for philanthropy.
