The New Generation Asia Study Tour is a high-level, intensive program of meetings and presentations with Asian leaders with a special focus on private giving, impact investment and innovation. You will travel to Singapore to attend the AVPN Conference, followed by a three day visit to Indonesia. The AVPN Conference will bring together a diverse group of funders and resource providers from around the globe to take part in the largest gathering of philanthropists and social investors in Asia. This premier event provides opportunities for knowledge sharing, collaboration and advocacy for the growth of the social sector ecosystem in Asia.
The 3 day gathering will feature case studies from AVPN members across Asia including focussed streams in: impact investing, gender and the environment to name but a few. The program will also include AVPN’s Deal Share Live – Investment Showcase, featuring pitches from social purpose organisations supported by AVPN Members.
The add-on study tour to Jakarta, Indonesia will give participants first-hand experience of global best practice, accelerate individuals’ leadership journeys and strengthen Australia's participation in the global community.
