Philanthropy in the Pub™ is an event for a younger generation of changemakers who are looking at creating social impact in a fun and engaging way, all in a relaxed environment.
It is a place to explore new ways of giving, learn from those who are experienced in giving and hear about the positive impact giving can have on disadvantaged communities. Network and explore social change amongst people with similar values, ideas and personal journeys.
This event is designed for those who are seeking a personal social conscience journey rather then those who are working in the philanthropic industry.
Our next session will be around workplace giving – learn about contributions through payroll giving, employer matching programs and workplacefundraising.
The Australian Government has announced a review of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) legislation.
Advocacy & Insight Manager, Krystian Seibert, outlines Philanthropy Australia's engagement with the review.
