June 11th, 2017

Mutual Trust Pty Ltd (Mutual Trust) and Myer Family Investments Pty Ltd (MFI) have announced a conditional Heads of Agreement to combine Mutual Trust and the Myer Family Company (MFCo). The two businesses have a proud heritage of helping families, trusts and charitable organisations to manage their wealth and financial affairs across generations.

The focus of the combined business will be in improving the client experience through access to a larger and deeper team, new investment opportunities, the best skills and ideas from each firm and increased investment in technology. In addition to creating a leading multi-family office, the transaction will create a leader in the provision of advice and support to individuals and organisations with fiduciary responsibility for managing significant pools of private capital.
