Next generation philanthropy (The Project)

June 14th, 2013

Philanthropy isn't exclusively for millionaires at the end of their careers. This week, Philanthropy Australia are hosting their inaugural New Generation of Giving event, where they are encouraging emerging philanthropists not to wait until they're older to make a difference. The event is being addressed by Daniel Lurie, the founder and CEO of San Francisco-based Tipping Point Community, which has raised more than $60 million to help educate, employ and house over a quarter of a million San Francisco residents.
