The Paul Ramsay Foundation has appointed Brian Graetz and John Bush to its senior leadership team, as the organisation sharpens its strategic focus to tackle systemic change in Australia’s health and education sectors.
Dr Graetz – a former Deputy CEO of beyondblue – will take on the role of General Manager of Health, with a focus on reducing the burden of preventable chronic conditions.
Mr Bush – previously Associate Director of Evidence for Learning at Social Ventures Australia – joins the foundation as General Manager of Education. He will lead projects focused on lifting the quality of Australia’s education system and improving learning outcomes for Australia’s most disadvantaged.
CEO of the Paul Ramsay Foundation, Simon Freeman, said the new appointments positioned the foundation to make further significant investments across health and education in Australia at a critical time in Australian history.
