Members of a dozen wealthy Australian families will meet with U.S. philanthropists next month, including Buffett’s son
Peter, co-chairman of the Novo Foundation of New York City.
Matthew Cranston wrote for Business Review Weekly that others meeting with the Australians in New York and Washington, D.C., include representatives of the Rockefeller family and the Clinton Foundation and hedge fund manager David Einhorn.
The “philan-tourists” include members of the Myer Foundation, the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation and the English Family Foundation.
