Este is Co-founder and Director of the Darin-Cooper Foundation (est 2014) and leads the Foundation’s grant making, sector engagement and impact investing strategy. Este is passionate about the power of arts and culture to build communities and foster social cohesion. Este has had a diverse career across the private, public and not-for profit sectors. After studying Law/Engineering at the University of Melbourne, she practiced at top-tier commercial law firms, before joining the Federal Government in a role advising Government, businesses and start-ups on emerging technologies and data policy. She is currently State Manager (NSW/ACT) at Creative Partnerships Australia, where she provides capacity building support to arts organisations to grow investment in the cultural sector. She is a board director of Force Majeure and Beyond Empathy.
