Michelle is a skilled partnership broker and community development professional with over fifteen years experience working in Australia and overseas. She specialises in facilitating shared-value collaborations between multi-sector partners to empower communities, develop organisational capacity and deliver impact at scale. Michelle has held leadership positions in the not-for-profit sector, as well as consulted to businesses, educational institutes, and government seeking to address local and global challenges. This includes through the strategic design and management of a range of sustainable livelihood, education, community resilience and corporate social responsibility projects.

Michelle holds a Masters of Applied Anthropology & Participatory Development, and is an Accredited Partnership Broker. She serves as a Board Director of the Inner North Community Foundation and xPand Foundation, organisations that support economic participation of communities through socially inclusive and place-based initiatives.
