Centenary Assistant

A once in 100 years opportunity to join Australia’s largest community foundation - Lord Mayor's Charitable Foundation. The Centenary Administrator will report to the General Manager Fund Development (GMFD) and support the CEO, GMFD, Campaign Committee and Centenary Consultants to keep Centenary activities on schedule, support the securing of gifts and ensure progress with a high level of visibility and momentum that engenders a sense of excitement, optimism and confidence in achieving the Centenary goals.

The Centenary Administrator will work collaboratively with the Development and Communications Teams in managing relationships with current and prospective donors.
The role would suit an PA/EA/administrator with proven experience providing a range of executive, secretarial and administrative support services. This is a challenging and dynamic position which requires energy and passion for the work.

This position is an 18month 0.8FTE contract and the Foundation is seeking to appoint a suitable candidate quickly.
