Hours: 4 to 5 days p/w, can be flexed to your needs

Salary: $70,000 to $75,000 plus superannuation
The Australian Environmental Grantmakers Network (AEGN) is a member organisation that aims to harness the power of philanthropy to help protect our environment and build a sustainable future. Our mission is to grow effective funding for the environment.
The AEGN works with philanthropic funders who want to become more effective in their giving to address environmental and climate change issues. The AEGN is a trusted place where members learn and share, are inspired and informed, and come together to fund some of the greatest challenges of our times.
About the role
The Membership and Operations Coordinator supports AEGN’s member relationships and is integral to creating outstanding member, Board and staff experiences through coordinating office and administration support nationally. In this role, you will; • Provide member support (day-to-day administration of member systems, enquiries, issues, renewals, etc) • Provide CEO and Board Support (diary support, board paper coordination, AGM support, etc) • Administer and maintain the CRM system (manage the external support provider, develop and run reports, develop and train staff, ensure up-to-date records, etc); and • Support functionality and staff capability in core AEGN technology systems (MS Office, CRM, Teams, Zoom) • provide general operational support (first point of contact, facilities management, etc).
