Teaching schoolchildren about ethical and positive behavior is at the heart of a new partnership between the Alannah and Madeline Foundation and Your Call.
Your Call, an independent whistleblowing service, will donate a portion of each client contract to fund programs that teach ethical behavior in the classroom. The program’s goal is to prepare the next generation of leaders to have the courage to become ethical champions across the nation’s workplaces.
Alannah & Madeline Foundation CEO, Lesley Podesta, said of the charity’s new partner: “With their expertise in helping organisations to cultivate a ‘speak up’ culture and empower people to stand up to wrongdoing and inappropriate behaviour, Your Call is an ideal charity partner to help us in our mission to keep children safe from violence.”
Your Call’s CEO Nathan Luker said that together with the Foundation, they would help develop tomorrow’s ethical leaders. “Keeping children safe is of paramount importance and Your Call is very excited to help power programs and initiatives that protect children and teach them to act responsibly in groups and eventually the workplace,’’ he said.
