We are currently in a fast-paced growth phase and are looking for our next amazing team member to join us. This role will support our small team to implement a new donor database and grant management system and provide support to the team.

Position type
Part-time (0.4), 6-month contract through to July 2026, with opportunity to become permanent.
Purpose of the Position
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Foundation Support Officer will support the operations of Foundation SA. This role involves working with internal and external stakeholders and would suit someone who is confident managing a variety of tasks, has excellent communication skills and an interest in community building. This is an opportunity to join an organisation committed to making a positive impact across South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the position include:
· Provide general administrative support to the foundation team
· Responsibility for updating and maintaining the donor and grants database
· Finance and operations support
· Events and communications support
Based at Inparrila, Adelaide’s purpose-driven co-working space, our team works side-by-side with changemakers: both the grassroots community organisations we fund and the inspiring people you’ll meet in the office.
