Fundraising & Engagement Coordinator
Tuesday, 25 Aug 2026
HAS Foundation is seeking a warm, organised and proactive Fundraising & Engagement Coordinator who is passionate about building relationships and delivering campaigns to grow donor connections and turn generosity into real and measurable impact.
At HAS Foundation, every donor relationship, every campaign and every event is an opportunity to grow our impact and deepen the trust placed in us. We’re looking for a warm, organised and proactive Fundraising and Engagement Coordinator to help us tell our story, nurture our supporters, and turn generosity into measurable change.
If you’re heart-led and results-driven, you love the mix of relationship-building, creative content, and good old-fashioned campaign delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As our Fundraising & Engagement Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in growing income and connection across our community. In a part-time (20 hours per week) capacity, you’ll:
- Plan and deliver peer-to-peer campaigns and events, from concept through to post-event wrap up
- Keep our CRM humming by ensuring donor and supporter records are accurate, up-to-date and used to inform meaningful engagement
- Provide support and assistance with our grant application activities by sourcing funding opportunities and preparing smaller grant submissions to share our impact further
- Collate stories from those who’ve felt our impact and collaborate with our team to develop content that moves people to act, shares our mission and brings our community along the journey
- Build and nurture genuine relationships with the stakeholders who make our work possible
- Understand our impact by translating numbers and stories into insights that guide what we do next.
What’s in it for you?
We’re encouraging candidates with experience in the not-for-profit sector, ideally within a fundraising or engagement role, to apply. In return, we’ll offer:
- A flexible, family-friendly working arrangement built around school hours. We work 46 weeks per year with an extended break over the Christmas period to accommodate for school holidays.
- A genuinely values-led, supportive team culture
- The chance to see your work directly translate into real-world impact
- A competitive hourly rate with access to NFP salary sacrifice (up to $ 15,900 tax-free per year – a genuine boost to your take home pay)
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience with peer-to-peer campaigns and fundraising events in the not-for-profit sector
- Confidence using a CRM system to manage donor data and relationships
- A flair for planning and creating social media content that connects and converts
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, demonstrated by your effortless ability to build trust and communicate with warmth and professionalism
- A good understanding of impact measurement and donor engagement metrics, and how to use them to tell a story
- Skills in grant writing are beneficial (but not essential), to support our Grant Writer and prepare submissions for small grant opportunities
- A proactive approach and well-developed organisation skills
- a heart-led and genuine alignment with HAS Foundations values.
