Operations Manager

Mannifera is looking for a talented Operations Manager to join our passionate and supportive team in a part-time capacity.
The Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring our granting, convening and communications activities are delivered effectively and efficiently through developing and implementing fit-for-purpose policies, procedures and systems aligned with our organisational goals and priorities. This role will also provide day-to-day operational and administrative support.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and systems (e.g. for stakeholder relationship management, donations, project management, budgeting, record-keeping and collaboration)
- Providing guidance on process improvements across Mannifera operations, and delivering day to day administrative and operations support
- Contributing to the development and implementation of work plans across our granting, convening and communications activities
- Contributing to the development and distribution of communications, including via mailchimp, LinkedIn and the Mannifera website
- Assisting with the delivery of events, projects and programs that support our goals, often in collaboration with partner organisations.
