As Partnership Implementation Manager, you will operationalise the way we work with partners- building processes and systems that enable us to deliver at scale while staying deeply connected to community needs.

You will oversee our end-to-end partnership approach: supporting how we identify values-aligned partners, guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring they are supported to deliver outcomes for children, families, and communities.

This role is crucial in making our partnerships not just operationally effective, but deeply collaborative and grounded in trust. By embedding robust processes, systems, and feedback loops, you will ensure we can scale while maintaining quality and connection.

Working closely with senior leaders and external stakeholders, you’ll help translate our ambitious plans into real-world partnerships that deliver tangible impact.

If you’re passionate about operational excellence, trust-based collaboration, and building something with purpose, we’d love to hear from you.

What we need in you

We are looking for an experienced partnership manager who can review our partnering approach and deliver a technology-supported end to end partnering process – from prospecting to due diligence, onboarding, agreement development, financial management, project management, and evaluation and learning – supporting our leadership team to effectively develop relationships and deliver impactful outcomes with our partners.

This role requires someone who can draw from experience and best practice partnering approaches – bringing a contemporary model to life, to empower and support partners.

The ideal candidate will have experience scoping and implementing technology solutions to support our team’s ability to build and maintain high quality trust-based relationships, and to deliver on agreed programs of work with our partners.

What you’ll do

  • Partnership process & artefacts – Refine our end-to-end partnership process, using a contemporary trust-based approach to how we approach partnering and the artefacts we need (such as agreement templates).
  • Tools & systems – Lead a process to scope, select and establish technology systems to manage end to end partnership management and projects.
  • Find – Support the team to identify prospect partners and communities that align with our values, vision and goals.
  • Onboard – Create and oversee the onboarding process to ensure relationships are set up for success with aligned values, goals, transparent ways of working and mutual interest in learning at the core.
  • Support agreement documentation – Help the team to develop partnership agreements that support long-term impact and provide opportunities for learning.
  • Project delivery & execution – Oversee implementation of partner related projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder relationships – Prompt and support the leadership team to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners
  • Tracking & reporting impact – Develop mechanisms to monitor success and effectiveness of partnerships, ensuring continuous learning and refinement.
  • Navigating challenges – Identify risks and barriers to effective partnerships and develop strategies to address them.

Key skills & capabilities

  • Partnership life cycle – Solid understanding of and experience working across end-to-end partnership life cycle management.
  • Technology – Experience scoping and establishing tech-based solutions to manage partnerships, implement agreed projects and evaluate impact.
  • Project implementation– Ability to translate partnerships into concrete initiatives and projects, ensuring execution aligns with agreed objectives.
  • Data & impact measurement – Ability to track and communicate the success of partnerships through qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Business analysis – Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems to improve efficiency and outcomes as it relates to partnering and project delivery.

How you’ll work

  • You will create and oversee the backbone system that underpins effective partnering for Coaxial Foundation.
