About the role
As Portfolio & Data Analyst, you’ll sit at the beating heart of our loan operations and portfolio management. You’ll be the first port of call for our loan clients — guiding them through processes, helping them navigate changes, and making sure their experience is seamless and supportive. You’ll also support our loan syndicates, co-investors, and programs like Backing the Bold.
You’ll manage the systems and processes that underpin our work: from onboarding borrowers to tracking repayments, monitoring covenants, preparing investor updates and making sure our Investment Committee has what it needs to make bold, confident decisions.
Beyond the numbers, you’ll lead our data game — helping us better track and communicate our impact and operational insights. You’ll wrangle data from across the business, build dashboards and tools that keep us sharp, and explore new tech (AI included!) to make our insights smarter and our work more meaningful.
This is a great opportunity for someone who’s analytical, practical, and driven by purpose — and who’s keen to learn, grow, and shape the future of social finance in Australia.
