Seeking an experienced Senior Coordinator for 4 day a week hybrid role, in our Fund and Client Services Team (flexible options) for NFP Philanthropy Foundation.

Senior Coordinator – Fund and Client Services – 4 Days Per Week/Flexible Options

The Opportunity

This role reports to a Fund and Client Services Lead (Brisbane-based) and will be based in Melbourne, working closely with another Senior Coordinator as part of a highly collaborative and values-led team.

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has excellent relationship and communication skills and enjoys responding to queries and providing phone-based as well as email guidance
  • Is experienced in and enjoys a mix of building and championing stewardship of external relationships while simultaneously multitasking and streamlining administrative and data processes
  • Is seeking a new opportunity to apply and further build upon existing team leadership and project leadership experience
  • Has experience in the provision of guidance in relation to regulatory and compliance requirements, and
  • Is experienced in using fund management software (C Suite) – or similar system and skilled in using CRM with a track record in continuous improvement.
  • Desirable but not essential; prior experience with client/donor servicing, fundraising/philanthropy/supporting consulting engagements, compliance and regulatory requirements and understanding of the role of the third sector and philanthropy

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Fund and Client Services team 40%

  • Partnering with another Senior Coordinator in the delivery of fund management and donor enquiries.
  • Key relationship holder for key ACF Fund Advisors, updating CRM and overseeing donor data, completing fund administrative processes.

Managing key projects and systems 30%

  • SME for CSuite (ACFs fund management system), administering the relationship management program and supporting the administration of ACFs fundraising program through the delivery of advice and support

Practice management Advisory 20%

  • Assisting the Director of Engagement and Advisory in scheduling client deliverables, team workflow and resource management, reviewing efficiencies of advisory engagements, invoicing and template development

Secretariat Assistance – Advisory 20%

  • Assist in secretariat and governance work for private foundation clients, compiling board papers, scheduling meetings for ACF
  • Advisory team and attending private client meetings and recording minutes, reporting liaison.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong interest in supporting social justice and systemic social change and working as a collegiate member in a small NFP team
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills with diverse individuals
  • Prior team leadership experience, highly collaborative but also able to work autonomously across a range of simultaneous priorities in a busy, high contact environment
  • Enthusiasm to apply new knowledge and skills in the growing philanthropic sector
