Welcome to PA’s two new Engagement Leads

We are delighted to welcome to new members of the Philanthropy Australia membership and engagement team – Fleur Allen and Caroline Morrissey.

Caroline joins Kim Harland in the PA Queensland team as the Engagement Lead (QLD/NT). Fleur is our Engagement Lead (WA/SA) working from the Perth office with Ollie Hanson.

Fleur Allen

Fleur brings a deep commitment to building community through meaningful and long-term relationships.

With a professional background spanning business, fundraising, education, and the arts, she is passionate about creating opportunities for collaboration that strengthen community. That belief is personal. Fleur’s family moved frequently, and she grew up understanding how strong communities became their anchor. It’s why connection and care remain at the heart of her work.

Fleur is particularly driven to support communities to connect and to break cycles of multi-generational disadvantage through education, entrepreneurship and investment. Based in Western Australia, Fleur leads engagement activities for members and stakeholders across WA and SA, fostering connection, insight and shared impact.

Caroline Morrissey

Caroline is a multi-industry communications professional, with experience engaging with diverse communities in education, non-profits, tourism, and corporate organisations. 

Known for her strategic mindset and calm, values-driven approach, Caroline brings a unique blend of positivity and authenticity to her work, engaging stakeholders with digital or one-to-one purposeful storytelling.  She holds a Master of Communication (Digital).
