From participation to progress: Lessons for driving employee engagement

Employee engagement remains a top priority for corporate foundations seeking to strengthen connections between employees and their community investment efforts. As expectations grow around impact and authenticity, many organisations are rethinking how they design and measure employee engagement within their philanthropic work.
