Exclusively for Philanthropy Australia Impact and Engage members, these workshops are ideal for philanthropic trustees, funders, practitioners and intermediaries. These interactive sessions will give funders the rare chance to work directly with preeminent philanthropy strategist Heather Grady, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Sustainability Officer at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, and her colleague Sanya Mirpuri.
Participants will go on a journey of how to optimise their impact using the highly effective Operating Archetypes framework. This model has helped funders globally hone their philanthropic practice, become more strategic and better understand and articulate their foundation’s role in the philanthropy ecosystem. Members will leave with the tools to:
- Better understand and align capabilities for impact;
- Define and coordinate priorities;
- Map and architecture ecosystem relationships; and
- Hone and direct strategy to ensure effective deployment of resources.
