Felicity is a highly skilled administrator who brings with her more than 15 years of experience across the arts, community, private and government sectors.

She holds a Master of Arts Management from RMIT (2017) and a Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management from ACU (2014).  

Felicity is an advocate for social justice and the positive power of the arts and culture on fostering strong, inclusive and vibrant societies.
