Radha Cumarasamy is an experienced CFO and operations manager who combines strategic thinking with strong governance and financial discipline to lead high-performing finance functions. Radha brings more than 25 years of finance and operations experience across both the commercial and the not-for-profit/community services sectors.

She holds an MBA from Deakin University and is a Member of the Institute of Public Accountants (MIPA). Radha is passionate about strengthening the financial sustainability of mission-driven organisations and is a strong advocate for supporting disadvantaged communities and driving inclusive growth. She currently serves as a Board Member of Live & Learn Environmental Education.
