Sharon had early career in the Royal Australian Air Force in logistics, financial planning and financial services training. She then ran her own consultancy for over 2 decades, focusing on learning, development and strategy with clients from the public, corporate and charity sectors.
Sharon has worked with a number of not-for-profit organisations and foundations on varied projects and roles – such as a peer mentoring program and Partners for Impact Manager, with United Way Australia and AMP Foundation. She also ran a project to improve financial literacy and was involved in a collaboration to increase school-to-work opportunities for young people in Western Sydney with ING Foundation and United Way Australia.
Sharon is currently active in a range of local South Australian initiatives – including Chair of Onkaparinga Food Security Collaborative Steering Committee and a committee member of Healthy Cities Onkaparinga.
