Judy Foster

State Manager NSW & ACT

Judy comes to us with six years experience working in the philanthropic sector, particularly in structured giving. During this time she has held a range of key roles covering operations, project management and event management. Her most recent work has been at Australian Philanthropic Services as Client Administration and Operations Manager administering Private and Public Ancillary Funds. 

Prior to and whilst working in philanthropy, Judy has implemented multiple IT change programmes to deliver operational efficiencies. As a trained project manager with experience of the benefits of such programmes, Judy is a firm believer in the possibilities for more effective philanthropy through the application of appropriate tools and data – particularly at the interface between charities and foundations. 

Judy is a certified member of the Australian Institute of Project Management and a fellow of the Sydney School for Social Entrepreneurs.
