Caroline is the Founder and Partner of Orbit Strategic, an independent strategic communications partnership that works with boards, CEOs and executive teams to communicate clearly, credibly and with confidence—whether navigating everyday demands or the decisions that define them.

Prior to founding Orbit Strategic, Caroline served as Chief Executive Officer of Future Generation, comprising the listed investment companies Future Generation Australia and Future Generation Global. During her tenure she also launched Future Generation Women in 2024, an unlisted trust with women fund managers and she remains on their Advisory Board. This continued the group’s mission of connecting investors with leading fund managers to generate returns for not-for-profits — with a dedicated focus on organisations supporting women and girls.

With more than 25 years’ experience in financial services, Caroline has built her career across strategy, marketing, corporate affairs and corporate social responsibility. She has held senior roles at UBS and Citibank, including as Head of Asia-Pacific Corporate Affairs for both Citigroup and UBS, where she managed complex strategic and reputational issues globally, spanning M&A transactions and litigation. Her career has taken her across London, Asia-Pacific and Australia.

Caroline has previously served as a director of organizations including Our Watch and Future Generation Australia, and as a Council Member of Chief Executive Women, of which she remains an active member. She also served on the Ascham School Council.
