Dr Ramon Wenzel is the Chief Investigator of the Australian Not-for-profit Workforce Study and founding Director of the ‘Learning for Purpose’ initiative to research capability development. in the Not-for-Profit sector.
His landmark research on the Social Return on Education and Training has been used to inform professional development policy and practice in the NFP sector. He draws on human psychology and organisational management to understand and improve formal and informal work learning, and to identify barriers and enablers for gaining and sustaining key competencies for social change.
