The Reframe Overhead initiative by the Pay What It Takes (PWIT) Charity Consortium has conducted research to understand this issue better. As a result, they have created a guide for not-for-profits, offering practical steps to reframe overhead costs, all supported by rigorous data. This session aims to help philanthropy professionals and teams better understand the importance of reshaping the antiquated narrative that leads to the “Non-Profit Starvation Cycle” and to understand the role each of us can play in this crucial shift.
