Reframing Overheads: non-profit member gathering

Tue, 24 Sep 2024 10:00am - 11:30am AEST Sydney, NSW

The way charities communicate about overhead costs has a significant impact on our sector. The Reframe Overhead, an initiative by the Pay What It Takes (PWIT) Charity Consortium has undertaken research and to better understand this and have created a guide for not-for-profits to use – with practical steps they can take to reframe overheads, all backed up by rigorous data. The aim of this event is to help philanthropy professionals and teams better understand how critical it is for us reshape this antiquated narrative that leads to the “Non-Profit Starvation Cycle”, and the role we each can play in this important shift.

During this session we will hear from Lisa Allan, Chair of the Pay What It Takes (PWIT) Charity Consortium Steering Committee and Executive team member (Head of Fundraising) for The Smith Family.

Audience: Non-profit Engaged tier and Active tier members

Location: Yirranma Place, 262 Liverpool Street, Darlinghurst, Sydney
