Philanthropy Australia’s mission is to represent, grow and inspire an effective and robust philanthropic sector. Our vision is a more giving Australia. Our purpose is serving the philanthropic community to achieve more and better philanthropy.
As the Peer Networks and Program Executive, you will play a critical role in enabling our member networks to connect, collaborate and enhance their capabilities to grow the philanthropic sector, to achieve more and better giving.
Harnessing the insights and expertise on developments in the philanthropic sector from members and staff, you will curate and ensure delivery of our Peer Networks, offered nationally.
Importantly, you will foster sound relationships, engage, develop and grow the community of current (and emerging) philanthropists who are members of the New Gen Network, through delivery of a robust program of events and programs.
You have a good understanding and exposure to the philanthropic sector and current issues in philanthropy. You will have experience in curating, researching and delivering events. You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and enhanced relationship management capabilities. Key to success is your skills in project planning & time management. You have strong written & oral communications, with some experience writing marketing communications. You are Microsoft proficient, and have managed member data on a CRM software, with Salesforce an advantage.
