Claire de Lune (Claire's Kitchen at le Salon, Darlinghurst) will lead the judging panel once again. Joining Claire will be the 'Queen of Sweets', Pastry Chef Lauren Eldridge (Former Head Pastry Chef at Marque, Surry Hills and 2016 Winner of The Sydney Morning Herald’s Josephine Pignolet Young Chef of the Year Award). Also returning will be the gorgeous Celebrity Judge, Christina Batista (contestant on Masterchef 2013). 

Also joining us will be Special Guest Judge Mark Olive (aka 'the Black Olive'). Mark is Australia’s most celebrated and renowned Indigenous chef, hosting The Outback Café series and featuring as a judge on The Chef’s Line on SBS. 

The fabulous Romany Brooks will once again auction first placewinning cakes along with some incredible donated prizes. Funds raised will support people living with HIV.
