Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Amendment (2021 Measures No. 3) Regulations submission 2021

Philanthropy Australia lodged a submission to the Australian Treasury in response to proposed changes to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission Regulations 2013.

Our submission is supportive of the changes that increase the revenue thresholds used to determine a registered charity’s reporting tier under the ACNC regulatory framework, and introduce a requirement for registered charities to disclose related party transactions.
