Upcoming: Philanthropy Australia AGM 2026
Philanthropy Australia members are invited to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting, which will be held online on Wednesday 20 May at 11am AEST.
The event is an opportunity for members to reflect on achievements in the past year, consider key governance matters and welcome our new Board Directors.
Members can access the AGM papers ahead of the meeting.
Individual members who are unable to attend are encouraged to lodge a proxy in advance, using the 2026 Proxy Form.
The AGM will also formally confirm the outcomes of the recent Board nomination process. Five vacancies were available on the Philanthropy Australia Board, with five valid nominations received. As a result, an election was not required.
The following directors will commence their terms at the conclusion of the AGM on 20 May 2026:
- Darrell Wade (re‑appointed)
- Alexandra Dimos (re‑appointed)
- Kristen Stevenson (re‑appointed)
- Caroline Gurney
- Ingrid Albert
Philanthropy Australia extends a warm welcome to the new directors and thanks returning directors for their continued leadership. We also acknowledge and thank outgoing Board members Amanda Miller OAM, Michael Graf and Stacey Thomas for their contribution and commitment.
The AGM will be hosted via Zoom. Registered attendees will receive joining details closer to the meeting date.
